I was interviewed for The Register about data visualisation in virtual reality (VR) AR and VR in data visualisation – can it ever be useful to our puny human minds?. I talked about the some of the key lessons we learned in our latest build phase (12 weeks) of the BigDataVR project. This phase is a continuation of the collaboration initiated by the Wellcome Trust – Epic Games Big Data VR Challenge. One of my quotes in the interview is used as the tagline for the article and the journalist has now been requested to write a follow up piece related to a second quote I give in the article.
